Standard basketball court size and area division

The basketball court is a rectangular solid plane, its standard dimensions are 28 meters long, 15 meters wide, and all lines are 0.05 meters wide. There are various areas and lines on the site, as follows:

Center circle: A circle with the center point of the center line as the center and a radius of 1.80 meters.

Three-point shooting zone: The area of the floor bounded by two arches on the court from which a shot is scored.

Restricted area (three-second area) : The ground area composed of the two ends of the free throw line drawn to the middle point of the end line each 3 meters, limiting the player's stay in this area.

Penalty area: includes the restricted area and the free throw line plus a semicircle area with the center point of the free throw line as the center and the radius of 1.80 meters to the outside of the restricted area for the execution of free throws.

Edge and end line: The long side is called the edge line, the short side is called the end line.

Middle line: the horizontal line drawn from the middle of the edge line to the end line, extending 0.15 meters to the outside of each side line.

Reasonable impact zone: Draw a semi-circle area with a radius of 1.25 meters from the center of the basket to the ground.
